Scan Authorisation Form.
For targets where standard verification does not fit — IP addresses without a web service, consultant engagements, shared hosting, complex cloud setups — fill in the form below. You sign it electronically, we review it manually, and confirm your scan authorisation by email, typically within one business day.
Before you start
Try the standard verification methods first. They are instant and do not require manual review. See how to verify your scan target for DNS, file upload, and email options. Use this form only if none of those work for your situation.
We review every submission manually. Incomplete or inconsistent forms are returned for correction. Clear and accurate forms are confirmed within one business day.
The form
1. About you (the person authorising the scan)
2. About the organisation you are authorising on behalf of
3. Targets to scan
4. Attestations (all required)
5. Electronic signature
By typing your full legal name below and submitting this form, you are providing an electronic signature with the same legal force as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.
Ready to submit? Generate a PDF of this authorisation, then email it to hello@attackedge.io. We review and confirm by email, typically within one business day.
Complete every required field, tick every attestation, and type your name to match section 1 before submitting.
Preferred flow: click "Download PDF", save the file, then attach it to an email to hello@attackedge.io.
What happens next
We review the authorisation letter (including any sanity checks on the targets you listed against public WHOIS, DNS, or reverse DNS). If everything looks clean, we reply with a confirmation and your scan is queued. If we have questions, we reply with exactly what we need.
If the scan cannot proceed (for example, we determine the target is shared with other customers, or we cannot match your authority to the organisation), we refund any payment in full.
Legal basis of the electronic signature
Typing your full legal name and submitting this form is an electronic signature under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) in Australia, the ESIGN Act in the United States, and the eIDAS Regulation in the European Union. It has the same legal force as a handwritten signature for the purposes of this authorisation.
By submitting, you agree that ArmoniaLabs may retain the form, the generated PDF, the date and time of submission, and the IP address and user-agent from which it was submitted, as evidence of authorisation. Retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.
